Tracware Ltd shall, at all times to hold in confidence, and under all circumstances any information provided by its Customers, Clients, Associates and Employees be it of a Personal or Business nature and undertakes to withhold any such information from all 3rd Parties. In the event of any Hack or Theft of such information a statement will be announced within 72 hours of the finding. The Company stands to be in Compliance with our Customer Confidentiality agreements and in line with The Rules & Regulations of the GDPR Act that came into force on the 25th May 2018.
